About

Introduction:
A Journey Together in Faith

In April 2025, Dr. Michael W. Reilly will have been married to Jean W. Reilly for fifty years. Jean is Michael’s life-long sweetheart, girlfriend, lover, and coworker in God’s Kingdom.

Our Approach to Teaching and Ministry

Having served our LORD for decades, we have learned a few things along the way. We are unique in that we do not teach biblical theory, church history, philosophical Christianity, or religious concepts. We teach what we have learned from the Bible, the Holy Spirit, the mentors that God placed in our lives along the way and living Christ-centered lives to the best of our ability. We know who we are in Christ.

We are natives of Virginia. Each of us came to know Christ as our personal Savior early in life. We have traveled and lived in several countries. We have served as missionaries to Cuba, Mexico, Honduras, the Bahamas, and Brazil.

The Concept of Paradigm Shifts in Faith

You may be familiar with the word “paradigm.” Paradigm is pronounced as either par’-a •dim or par’-a •dïm. The expression “paradigm cluster” is probably new to you. A paradigm is an intellectual perception or view, accepted by an individual or a society as a clear example, model, or pattern of how things work in the world.

For us, a paradigm is a model or example, such as when you walk into the front doors of your home you expect to see things as you left them. This picture is the paradigm of your home. If your home was 100% rearranged without your knowledge, the next time you walked into the front door your paradigm would be challenged to shift because things have changed.

When you hear words like Great Commission, spiritual maturity, hospitality, ministry, hearing from God, New Testament, anointings, spiritual gifts, calling, etc., you most likely have established paradigms concerning each one. Collectively, these paradigms are comprised of one or more paradigm clusters. When your view or expectation of one paradigm changes, you have experienced a paradigm shift. When several paradigms in a single cluster shift, you have experienced a paradigm cluster shift.

Before you continue, you should be aware that there is a possibility one or more of your paradigm clusters will be challenged to shift during this journey. This journey may challenge your comfort zones and your status quo.

Through Mountain Tops and Dark Valleys

Over the years, we have also been through a few very dark valleys. Like many our age we have buried our parents. Michael has buried two sisters. Jean has buried one sister. We have buried one son-in-law, David. The deepest valley was having to bury two of our children, Heather and Brock. We share this because we have experienced real life. We understand the joy of mountain tops as well as the darkness of the pain death and sickness can bring.

We cannot say where your journey of faith will take you; however, the great news is that God knows. Yes, we will utilize our anointings, our callings, and our spiritual giftings, but this journey is between you and God. You are a Trailblazer!

A Journey of Growth in Faith

Please join us on a journey that opens the way for you to grow in your relationship with God, His Word, His Son, and His Holy Spirit. This journey is not academic but will involve prayer, worship, reading, and studying.

Jean and Michael have had some awesome mountain top experiences together. We’ve been used by the LORD to mobilize over a hundred local churches to become Great Commission Churches. We have personally witnessed several hundred individuals come to know Jesus Christ as the Lord of their lives. We have had the honor to minister in several local fellowships, including Southern Baptist, Presbyterian, Independent Baptist, Church of Christ, 7th Day Baptist, Nazarene, Assemblies of God, Quaker, Foursquare, Moravian, Charismatic, Methodist, and Pentecostal churches.
