3TFitness incorporates effective Training. For Training to be inculcated, each of us needs to embrace authentic Transparency. Authentic Transparency begins with you. Being honest with yourself. You cannot give what you do not have. Training and Transparency must be built upon genuine Trust.

This journey is not academic but will involve some reading and studying.
Personal Growth and Paradigm Shift
This journey may challenge your comfort zones and your status quo. You may have a few paradigms that will be challenged to shift. That is, you may have a paradigm cluster shift.

Spiritual Insights from Jean and Michael
Yes, Jean and Michael will utilize their anointings, callings, and spiritual giftings, but this journey is between you and God.
Commitment to Truth
We do not teach God’s Word – the Bible - through rose-colored glasses. We teach God’s Word for what it says, the way God wrote it. We do not teach religion. As best as we are able, we teach Truth that is drawn from the Bible. We teach God’s Word as it is written, from cover to cover. As much as possible, we teach God’s Word free of any filters or denominational additives.

Our Biblical Mission
We see ourselves as fulltime Great Commission Christians. This concept, being a Great Commission Christian, may be new for you. We see this command in the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 28:18-20. “…’All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age’” (NASB).
The Great Commission and Our Mission
The biblical text tells us to “Go and make disciples of all nations.” These are our marching orders. Pragmatically speaking, the Great Commission holds the answer to what all believers are to do with our lives.

Understanding God’s Word
The most important thing about God’s Word is that we need to understand fully what the Bible says, not through the lens of our culture, but through the language and culture of the original writers and hearers. We must use care with the Word of God so that we know what the biblical text says, not what we think God said, or what we wished God had said, or what someone told you it says.
The Importance of Teaching and Equipping Others
The teaching and equipping of others are critical as we do the work of the Great Commission.

The Importance of Genuine Belief
You see, if we fail to immerse a new believer into the reality of the Father, the reality of God’s Son, and the reality of the Holy Spirit according to the Great Commission mandate, we may have a problem. Far too many churchgoers may be wet behind their ears from being immersed in water but lack any proof of being born from above, being born again. That is, there is little or no evidence that the Son of God is the Lord of their lives. Maybe the person has been inducted into Christianity as a religion. If so, does he or she have a genuine, personal relationship with God the Father through the finished work of His Son? This is a critical and often overlooked detail. In our observation, along with the statistical data, many of our churches are filled with people who know about Jesus but are not known by Jesus. You may ask, “What is the concern?”

Scriptural Reflection on Faith and Action
Matthew 7:19-27, “Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, by their fruit, you will recognize them. Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’ Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because its foundation was on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell—and great was its collapse!” (ESV)

Call to Reflect on Scripture
Slowly reflect upon what this Scripture says: We will know someone’s relationship with God’s Son “by their fruit you will recognize them.” If a person does not live God’s Word, Jesus will one day say, “I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!” This is not a suggestion, but the Lord makes Himself clear, “Everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.” Jesus also says, “Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.”
